Who you're hiring
I'm a college student here in Sussex County, and I started Coastal Cuts because I like working outside and I like doing right by people.
Summers I work as a counselor at a science camp in California, and before that I put in five years in restaurants. Both taught me the same thing: show up when you said you would, and do the job like somebody's watching.
Set day every week, a text the night before, and no contract to sign. If it rains I come the next dry day and you don't pay extra.

Free travel inside 15 miles of Millsboro, $10 a little further, and past 25 miles just ask.
No — just leave the gate unlocked and the driveway clear. If I can't get in when I arrive, that's a $15 trip charge, and a text the night before avoids it.
I come the next dry day, no extra charge. Soaked grass tears instead of cutting clean.
Not a problem, it just takes longer. Over about 8 inches is 1.5× for that first cut only, then regular pricing.
